WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?
All packages come standard with tracking, but should your package get lost along the way, your local post office is responsible for assisting you in finding your package. Once packages are handed over to USPS/ePacket/DHL eCommerce their delivery is unfortunately out of our hands (as much as we'd like to be able to teleport them to you!) While lost packages are rare, we do recommend package insurance for large orders and international orders especially, so that we can handle your refund or replacement order quickly on our side.
DOES MY ORDER COME WITH TRACKING?
Yes! All orders come with a tracking number. You will receive a tracking number through e-mail once your shipping label has been printed and you can track your order here.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Cute Stuff Online happily ships worldwide! Shipping rates are set by USPS/ePacket/DHL eCommerce based on location and weight, which are calculated at checkout.
MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Take a photo of the damage to send to me (I need the photo to file a claim with the post office) and let me know that your items arrived damaged. You can send me a message using the Contact Form, when I reply, you can send me the photo of the damage. Then let me know which item was damaged upon arrival and I'll send out a replacement if I have the item in stock. If it's out of stock, I will send a replacement as soon as I get more stock in. If the item was recently discontinued and you purchased the last one, I can offer a refund or you can pick a pin of equal value from my shop.
CAN YOU CHANGE THE VALUE ON MY ORDER TO AVOID CUSTOMS FEES?
We are aware that international customers are subject to customs fees, and often receive requests to ship their orders as gifts with a lower value so customers can avoid paying these fees. We are not able to do this as falsifying customs forms is a federal offense, and could lead to fines and jail time. Customers are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with their orders.
IT'S BEEN A WHILE AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM YET. WHAT DO I DO?
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 10 to 12 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.
